Exterior Design Services

• To ensure consistency, we are frequently asked to provide design input for building area exteriors.
• We are not licensed architects. We either associate with project architects or we retain the services of architects to ensure that our clients are well represented for architectural needs.
• We have wonderful working relationships with many architects in Canada, the United States of America and the Caribbean through past project involvement.

Construction Management

• Our firm has many years of construction management skill associated with our projects.
• Once our document drawings are complete, we continue to be closely involved with our clients to project construction completion.
• We fully engage with the permit process, tender procedures, contractor selection process and construction management process.

Furnishings, Fixtures, Millwork & Finishes Procurement

• We provide all selection, servicing and purchasing of all furnishings, decorative treatments, lighting, flooring and custom millwork.
• With over 200 vendors and artisans across Canada, the United States of America, Europe and Asia, we have a vast knowledge of the furniture fitment and equipment world.
• Our clients may engage us to prepare furniture fitment and equipment (FF&E) documents or to purchase directly on their behalf.
• Our administrative team specializes in procurement, order tracking, budget control and the installation process.
• When our clients seek custom, unique solutions that simply are not available 'off the shelf', we custom design each piece required and have them made by a vast array of trades and artisans that we have gathered over many years of practice.
• These custom solutions may include upholstery, millwork, lighting, floor coverings and artwork.
